I would like to appeal to the readers of my new site. My name is Dmitry Bulatov. I am the author of the "World of DSB" blog series. My first blog on the subject of Russia was positive and neutral. But, not critical.

As opposed to the first blog, for the sake of fairness, I created this one. If in the first blog I deliberately avoid the topic of criticism of life in Russia. Then, in this blog, the topics of situations in Russia, disasters, the general political situation, and also the standard of living will be raised.

But I want to remind you that freedom of speech is not absolute in Russia. And, I will avoid material that could harm me.
